Looking for a Greenville SC CoHost / Manger

Hello!

I own a home in downtown Greenville, SC, however live remotely so need a cohost / property manager.  Anyone know of a property management company that specializes in short-term rentals in the Greenville, SC area?

Please make sure that you have a legal rental. Most short-term rentals in Greenville are confined to the Commercial zone, and there is a zoning effort happening right now to restrict short-term rentals even more.

If it is legal, you also need to be collecting more in taxes. If you turn on Professional Hosting Tools, it will enable a field in which to add the local 3% tax, in addition to the 7% state tax that Airbnb is already remitting.

Hi @Michelle3499 ! I am starting my journey into cohosting and live local to Greenville. I have a great group of hosts and cohosts who I'm able to work closely with that know the STR landscape in our area (like the zoning mentioned in a previous reply).
