Looking for an STR Management Software

- Looking to add 2 more in 2021

- Would like a one-stop shop to coordinate all tasks and bookings

- My "team" is me (and my wife as a fall back) plus the cleaning crew manager

- I would like to be able to market through Homeaway and Airbnb through one platform

- I am thinking of building a website for this property and i understand some platforms help with this

- Hosty vs iGMS are the two i have explored so far

I just cross populate the calendars on both sides and it works absolutely fine. I have multiple properties. I have a Facebook page but no website. And they stay booked

@Matt3923 all platforms support ics calendar import/export at no charge. Google “Airbnb help sync calendars” and “vrbo help sync calendars”. If you’re looking for website and channel management software there are many options out there. I use MyVR because it can push Wheelhouse pricing to Vrbo.
