Dear community folks,
I do have some serious plans to host a property @ Trivandrum city.
Even I'm very compatible to the overall concept of AirBnb, technically hosting is new to me.
Looking for some local community here in Trivandrum to help me with some of my local doubts.
Regards,
Sujith

Hi Sujith, you can find a Facebook page dedicated to your area, you can join and start making friends with local professional hosts. Please share any question if you have and will be happy to answer here. Local groups are more focused on local hosting issues, they share any bad guests isssues, theft, society NOC issues etc.
Hello Sujith, You may check if there are any other bnb listed in Trivandrum or nearby in your state.

Hi @Sujith8 😊,
Thank you for looking for information here.
Have you been able to connect with hosts from your area?
As our hosts suggested, you can do it here 👉 Local Host Clubs.
Let me know how it goes!

Nice — sounds like you might be diving into short-term rentals or guest hosting! 🌴
If you’re looking for local advice on hosting properties (like how to attract guests, set fair prices, or deal with regulations), I can help tailor that to your country or city.
Could you tell me where you’re hosting (for example, Karachi, Lahore, Northern Pakistan, Greek island, etc.)?
That's great, Sujith.. it sounds like you're off to a good start. I'd recommend connecting with other hosts in Trivandrum by browsing local Facebook groups. Many hosts are open to sharing advice, especially if you're transparent about being new.
Also, take time to review local regulations and short-term rental requirements in your area so you're compliant from the start. Look at nearby listings to see how they're priced, what amenities they offer, and what kinds of guests they attract.. this will help you understand the local market before you launch.
