Management fees, cleaning costs, restocking, kids or no kids?

Who pays for the cleaning ? does the home owner pay for that service separately or does that come out of the management fee? I appreciate that the management company oversees all the maintenance of the property ( landscaping, pool, repairs, restocking)

What is an average management fee for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath house with a pool in Mesa AZ?

What are your feelings regarding family / kid friendly vs just adults for your rentals?

@Patricia3150  I think many of these questions could be best answered by your specific management company. I am sure they have a contract which outlines the services they provide. But generally hosts pay for cleaning and set the fee accordingly.
