Manchester Co Host

Hi everyone,

I'm Ash -a property developer currently in the process of buying my own buy-to-let apartment in Manchester city centre. Just wondering if there's much demand for co-hosts in the Manchester area? If so, what's the best way to go about getting started? Any tips or personal experiences would be massively appreciated. Cheers!

Hi @Ashley2251 

There is a demand for experienced hosts with great ratings and reviews in major cities in the UK 

Once you have set your listing up and got some great reviews you can apply to become a registered cohost on Airbnb. 

And/or set up your own marketing channels and invest in targeted advertising to reach hosts you've identified as your target market. 

by the way I presumed you have checked you are allowed to do STR in the flat you are buying . Many have restrictions against using flats for STRs .

a buy to let mortgage are for long term rentals for STRs you should really have a specialist holiday let mortgage .

If you need a company to deal with cleaning, get in touch
