Maui short term rental allowed as of June 1?

I've read through Mayor Victorino's latest rules issued May 26 that have been issued starting June 1. Lots of business will be allowed to open, but it's not clear whether or not that includes short term vacation rentals. Does anyone know for sure? Mahalo
