Meet Local Requirements

I'm having a issue with trying to publish my listing online , when i get to the last step which is meet local requirements , it take me to register my listing for my local county which that included a TDT.  At the bottom of the screen it says :" Don't want to register ?"Host for more than 180 night at a time , which I don't understand. When I click on the table for host more than 180 night at a time , it take me to the setting screen where ask about time length , when I adjust the time length to 181-190 it still don't update, hope anybody can help me with this . Thank you in advance
