I am currently missing two payouts from separate properties on the same weekend in early October. I made my first call to customer service about it at the beginning of November when I noticed them. Since then, I have been on multiple calls, repeating the same information every time and nobody has been able to help. Many cases were opened and eventually closed in my Inbox because my case had been "sent up to engineers" and they needed to close the case in order to release it. Weirdly, they kept opening the cases on my traveling account and not my hosting account. I have screenshots of all of these. I've been told to be patient. Yet I have no evidence that anything is happening or that I'll ever get my money, which is over $2000.
Any thoughts or ideas?
