Missing payouts - so frustrated!

Hi!

 

I am currently missing two payouts, more than a month after I hosted two groups. I have been down the rabbit hole of contacting Airbnb support for help and after two weeks I finally got a receipt from Airbnbs citibank that the money had been sent from their account to mine on july 20th and July 22nd. But still no money in my account. What's strange is that I hosted a group later that month and I have received that payment but not the others. 

 

Does anyone had similar problems? Airbnb told me to check with my bank because all looks fine at their end but when I called my bank they can't track the money - only the sender of the money (Airbnb) can do that. I feel like I'm going around in circles and I really want my money. Does anyone have any advice for me?

Hi @Ida3196, As you posted a few days ago, have you managed to get in touch with the Customer Support team or heard any updates from your bank again?

If the issue still persists, can you share the reservation number of the bookings that show missing pays, via a direct message? It will help me to reach out to the team that can help to know something about this situation.

Do keep us updated if there has been any progress since.

thanks for replying! Unfortunately I have yet to receive two payments from June. Customer service is looking into this since a month back but I think it’s terrible that the money just seems to be gone somehow. I’ve now had to decline bookings because I simply can’t trust to get paid.

@Bhumika, you may like to ask Alican Goskel and his team to pop in here and look into sorting where all the ongoing hold ups are with those of us owed monies who have had  resort to coming in here to seek assistance and sort out the nightmares created that are outside of CS scope of practice and expertise.

 

It's long overdue ABB sorted out there own rear end systems and pay all of us who have payments stuck situations .

It's unreasonable to try put the onus on Hosts with allegations and claims of  KYC  compliance when many of us have been in a longer relationship with ABB than CS and the moderators in here.

 

It's quite clear within ABB own Policy they can Verify people 'Manually' and ABB are not using those options available to them.

Why not?
