Hi,

I had some good success last year, but this year the booking has been slow filling up my june/july/aug booking. wondering if folks around the Toronto area are having similar issues, I have done professional photos, proper pic tags, private website etc..

Any help will be so helpful, thanks folks, happy to be a part of this community...

Airbnb Standard for overall eating is 4.8  Your issue is you have 2 out of 3 listings below that number.  Airbnb will still display your property hoping you correct but further down on pages.

Look at your reviews and develop a plan to address if you look at Categories you really struggled like location and value.

After you address those issues.  Then you need to create traffic.

Airbnb Custom Promotions.  Set a discount of 20% Airbnb will market in 4 ways free.

Instabook.  I don't like short notice when I use this so I set Notification Days higher then 1 day.  The Airbnb Search does give Instabook a push up.  Remember also it is a tool you can turn on and off.

Make updates to your listing regularly Commuter Search Engines read modified date to look for something mew.
