Misssing Payouts

I am missing 3 different payouts. I have called, and emailed many times, but they keep stalling without giving me the status or the explanation. They even lied to me saying that the case went to the special department when it didn't. I had to call again, and ask again. And even then, no calls from a Supervisor like I had asked, and they don't even reply to my emails. I have more monthly rents coming due, and this is becoming a major source of stress. What should I do?

@Joey111 A twitter approach might work. @Nick used to help people but technically he has left the Community Centre. Worst case launch court action.

@Joey111 I can imagine this is frustrating especially with rent and bills coming up. I've sent this to the team now for them to double-check. Hopefully I'll have an answer for you soon!

Thank you so much for your reply. This indeed has been very concerning, shocking and disappointing. My guest called them as well, and they told her that they only communicate with the hosts on these matter and not with the guests. "Communicate????" They have completely been refusing to reply to my calls an and emails which are very numerous!!!
