Here is the issue I have been experiencing. When I send a money request for whatever reason, mostly for pet fee requests. More often than not the guest does not receive it, can't find it, mostly on their phone. They say that "I did not get it", "where do I go to find it". It has been a problem for quite a while. I need to tell them to go to a computer and find resolution center or check junk folder or contact Airbnb support. It has been quite a problem and frustrating for both guests and host. Need to address this issue. Am I the only one or has anyone else have this issue? Thank You
