The mornington council has increased its short term rental fee by $200.
From $100 to $300.
As we havnt been able to rent our properties, I call this profiteering while In a pandemic. They’ll tell you their data analysis did a check on the surroundings that’s a lie as frankston is $150 and bass/geelong don’t charge
