Airbnb is not paying me for my current reservation. I’ve received 6 emails with 6 different payout IDs stating payout has been processed and PayPal can not see any of the attempts. It’s bow been almost 2 weeks since my guest checked in, $2k+ owed to me. No one seems to see the previous payment attempt when I call…only the latest. I’ve spoken to 9 reps, 2 supervisors..had 3 cases opened…1 of which was closed with no real solution! No one is helping or calling or has answers…thinking of linking in media or reaching out to a lawyer as my home will go into foreclosure if I can not make this months payment due to missing funds…
I'm sorry to hear you have been having some trouble getting your payouts; have you managed to get to the bottom of the issue, with the help of the customer support team, since your post here?

No help from the support team at all! I actually ended up changing my payment method 3 weeks later just to see what would happen and the payout went thru. It’s very disappointing the support team was unable to make recommendations, was unresponsive, and lack the training and support we as hosts need.
It does appear PayPal has made some major changes to their user agreements. You might want to check with them about that to see if that is affecting your payouts from Airbnb.
Thank you Joan, I called PayPal various times and asked if there was anything stopping my payment from coming thru and they couldn’t see anything in my account that would, even checked my max allowed. Unfortunately no one on Airbnb side was helpful either, I changed my method of payment after 3 weeks and died need of my payout and it went thru. Very disappointing Boone could have recommended this or actually reached out from the Airbnb side with what they knew was happening to apparently tons of hosts around the world…
