Hello. My account is under review status since January 13, 2020. I have been calling the customer service to help me with this issue but to no avail, the agents I've talked to can't do **bleep** about it. They dont even know why my account is under review. What they told me is that my account has beeb transfered to their technical team and I will be receiving an email about it.
11 days after, still nothing
No urgency, no communication, nothing!
It is so frustrating because I have credits on that account that I plan to use for my trip next week. How am I supposed to use it if my account is locked!!
Airbnb support both calls and fb messenger is not helpful either.
