My property is in Mexico under a corporation name

Hello, I am Violeta. I own a condo in Mexico. It's under a corporation name. I also have a Mexican residency. I opened an account on airbnb, and posted my condo as a company not under my name.

The problem here is that Airbnb wants to take the taxes from Mexico and United States. I have been back and forth with them for about 2 months and they can't figure it out why the system continue asking for the United States form since the property is in Mexico. Why explain to them all the taxes has to go to the Mexican government.

My company has a  RFC and I gave it to them but I doesn't work.

I have talked with too many agents in Airbnb already. Can you. please give any idea what I have to do in this situation to fix it?

Why Airbnb wants to take decelerate my taxes in United States?

My email address is **

I would appreciate it, thanks!

I would speak to your accountant and see what they advise @Vp-Rentals0

@Helen3 Thanks for you answer. I have another doubt. what is the form do I have to fill out to decelerate my taxes on mexico?

Remember, my condo is under a corporation name and I live in United States and I have a Mexica green card and my company has a RFC

As I suggested before n my earlier post your account is best placed to advise on this . I don't operate/live in the countries you are based in @Vp-Rentals0
