NEED TO SPEAK WITH LEGAL DEPARTMENT CONCERNING WRONG TAXES

HI ! Did someone has the number of the legal department ? I am asking them after having too much calls concerning a problem they don't want to solve. I am a Mexican resident hosting properties in Mexico, and on top of my Mexican taxes that are already 39%, they are taking me us taxes of 24%. Bringing it to 63%. I am not American. I should not pay American taxes. They don't want to refund me and solve the problem with my listings. I already have bookings and reviews. I don't want to scrap all that.
