Need Limited Management Assistance in East Haven CT

Hi! We manage a couple of AirBNBs in East Haven ourselves and we may have an upcoming job transfer out of the area. We're looking for some management help, but we don't need full management. We would manage all communication, cleaning, dynamic pricing, etc. We need help with on-site support if the guest has issues, taking garbage bins to the curb, coordinating repairs, snow removal and salting, etc. Is there anyone in the area who does this?

@Dawn950 Are you aware of the new Ordiance East Haven is trying to put into place?  If they successfully pass it then it will require the owners to reside in the property.  Check it out next town meeting will be July 16, 2024.
