@Lisa75 True, a resolution request would have to be managed from your account as the primary host. So if you want your role in the Airbnb to be 100% passive, a property manager will have to create an entirely new listing through their own account. They wouldn't have access to your money, but nor would you have access to the payout records, and the listing would not have the benefit of your prolific reviews. I wouldn't recommend entering into an arrangement like this - if you had to terminate your contract with the property manager while there are outstanding bookings under their account, everyone involved in those transactions gets screwed.
