New Fees

Airbnb trys to make this change like an easy wash.  But what is really happening is hosts will be responsible for all fees and we must raise prices to account for it. I suppose that will help airbnb advertise to travelers as : "no fees!"!  What happens when a guest cancels? Host still pays the fee??

The service fee is just structured differently @Terry1011 , the total guest price is the same after you raise your price to make up for the change.

Cancelations aren't affected, they work the same as before.

Inhave a flexible cancelation policy. When a guest canceled, their money was returned except for airbnb fee. But if I am now paying the fee, how does that happen?
