Hi there, we are starting with a new property and wondering whether it is better to Airbnb it or rent it out monthly with a local estate agent. What is the percentage of bookings on average? I know that is such a hard question but if people can let me know the average they get booked out. Our property is a self contained apartment in a small town centre in the East Midlands UK.

Also what things did you wish you had known about when you first started out?
