New host payment

Hello everyone!

It has been very exciting seeing my bookings increase after only joining over a month ago.

I truly appreciate this community for practical and caring advice!

I have a slightly different query.

 I am not fully clear on when I can access payment from confirmed bookings. I am perfectly ok if I have to wait a bit, but is the wait usually 30 days? Or is it accessible to the hosts sooner? 

I would like to use some of these payments for supplies as well as other obligations.

Does anyone have suggestions please?

Hi @Lana1222 

Airbnb usually pays the host the day after check-in, but it may take some time to show in your bank account (depending on your chosen payment method).

Because you are a new host, you are probably waiting a bit longer right now due to the following rule:

Payouts may be delayed for new Hosts
If you’re a new Host, we may hold your payouts for 30 days after your first reservation is confirmed. If your first reservation is more than 30 days away, your payout will be released 24 hours after your guest’s scheduled start date. This will apply to any payouts scheduled for release during those 30 days.
