New regulations in Philadelphia starting 4/1/2022

To any hosts in Philly, looks like the city has rolled out a new regulating saying starting 4/1/2022, houses/listings in the city require either a limited lodging license (owner occupied), or a visitor accommodations license (owner not occupied). I did not find any details as of what property qualify/disquality, and how to obtain those licenses. Anyone has any information or have applied for such license?

@Nanxing0   It looks to be fairly straightforward...for gov-speak.

You need a number of things - permits, zoning, licenses, tax Ids.

If you are asking what "properties" fall under these rules, it appears that you have to be the owner of the property, i.e., you hold the deed, or you have a legal document showing that you are the owner's agent, i.e., your lease states that you are able to sublet the property to transients.
