Hi guys! I’m new to the forum, so bear with me. Our property is new this year, and we have 5 bookings this summer. I’m aware of the service fee change which would mean putting prices up in order to maintain the same income on a booking…but…does this apply to bookings already made? I was told -eventually-that current reservation prices can’t be changed, so I’m assuming my guests won’t have any changes to their booking..but from the 22nd June (cut off for the new service fee change) I’m concerned we will have the new system imposed on US anyway, and make less money from those existing bookings.
I couldn’t get a straight answer from the helpline unfortunately, so wondered if anyone has a clearer picture?!
