Hello from Hameln, Germany. I just posted my first listing and am anxious to learn all about Airbnb and maybe receive some pointers 😀
Welcome!
Here is a New Host Guide that has some tips:

Thx so much! I have a lot of reading to do!
What apps can I use to post on multiple channels- that‘s affordable?
You can go to whatever platform you wish to list yourself...there are no Apps per se. You can use a Property Management Software attached to your Airbnb account (fee required) that can assist with that. However, if you only have one listing, it's probably better to list on them yourself.
Use caution however, as syncing the calendars is not instantaneous, and there is the possibility of double bookings. Most Hosts allow instant book on Airbnb (if you want to) and list on other platforms as Request to Book to avoid this issue.
Hello @Stephennie-Lynn0!
Best,
Alex
Very Cute, darling rental.
Suggestion I don't think your intention is the same as the computer. When you say max 4 your highlighted to groups of 4 adults not likely wanting a studio. I can see in your description your welcoming maybe a couple with younger children. Remember on Airbnb up to 2 years old is an infant and doesn't apply to Guest count. I would change your Guest max to 2 or 3. Parents with a 5 year old may search max 2 and ask if can be accommodated.
Include in your description the sleep sofa can be prepared for an additional cost. Then you can decide depending on situation.
Turn on the Airbnb New Listing Discount. Really good
