I have had the most terrible time with my Airbnb. The team has requested never ending business details and documents. After a lengthy process I decided to make the account Private. I have submitted all my CKY information and still haven’t received payment.
I keep getting the same feedback with no real progress.
I would appreciate any advise as to how I can escalate this matter.

The issue is very much still prevalent in South Africa; the thread 'Payout Issues in South Africa' seem to be the most current one, but not the only one.
