No pet but quest ask to bring one

I have a no pet policy but the guest that are coming Friday want to bring their declawed cat. I can write up a policy for her to sign when she gets here, but I would like to charge her a pet free ( for cleaning purposes). My question is do I tell her to bring me cash for the pet fee or do I have the pet fee run through Airbnb? Not sure how to handle the extra money.

@Tami238 Your best solution would be to send the guest a Resolution Center request for the agreed upon pet fee.

If the guest cannot figure out how to pay the Resolution Center request (have to use a browser, not the App) then you can opt to accept cash (and delete the request).
