Non payment from airbnb

Has anyone else had Airbnb not pay them? I amnot sure what to do about it.

The guest paid Airbnb and have since left my place over a week ago.

when I chase this up I get given another date but the funds never come!

Yes they tell me they have padi it however it never arrived in my bank account.

I am not getting much help from customer service they say its my bank but its not.

Not sure what to do?
