Not Receiving SMS Code for Verification

Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble verifying my Airbnb account via SMS. While I can still log in through the app, I’m unable to access certain features, especially the payout settings, because they require an additional SMS verification code. My phone number is already verified, but I never receive the 6-digit code when prompted.

I contacted Airbnb Support and they mentioned their engineers are working on it. However, it has been over 24 hours and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. I urgently need to update my payout method but I’m stuck because of this.

Has anyone experienced something similar or found a workaround? Any help or escalation from Airbnb staff would be greatly appreciated.

To access the Revenu section, Airbnb send us a 6 digit verification code to our phone that has to be entered in the field  and then there is a second 6 digit number to enter which is our secret code that we created when we created our account.

Having two 6 digit numbers to enter is confusing I think as only one of them is generated by Airbnb and the other one is a number that we have to remember - many hosts have forgotten what number they gave.  You can also use the secret questions to access your Revenus - have you tried that?
