Not getting paid

Not getting paid

My payments have been suspended, supposedly to verify ID. However, I have already verified it, and the app is not letting me do it again. 
I have searched Help more than once, for ten days already, with no success.

Any ideas how to proceed?

It’s been a little while since you posted, and I’m sorry you’re experiencing these issues. Speaking directly with Airbnb Support is the best way to get this resolved. Have you heard from the support team since you posted?
