Not receiving notifications from the app

Hello,

I am experiencing very delayed notifications from my guests. Can someone help me solve this issue? This is a serious problem, as my guests are receiving delayed replies from me.

How long the delay is?

Check your notification settings

inside the app.

• Go to Profile → Settings → Notifications
• Make sure Messages, Reminders, and Account alerts are all ON
• Enable Push notifications, not just email/SMS

@Paula I started experiencing delays (30 minutes?) too for the last couple of weeks. My wife also. Both on iPhones.

Hello @Amira398 and @Christer22,   In order for the team to help with this, we need the following:

1. A screenshot of the specific action/message showing the timestamp (e.g., if a guest messages you at 1:00 PM, please provide a screenshot of the message with that time visible).

2. A screenshot of the push or SMS notification showing the exact time it was delivered.
