Not receiving payouts

Hello, 

we have had our Airbnb for 3 months now. We have yet to receive a single payout. We have spoken to multiple people from customer service and they all are useless. They all say something different or transfer for us to someone else that says to do something … we do that … and still doesn’t work. Our tax information and bank account has been verified through them. We were told we would be getting all of our pending payouts today but haven’t. We called again today and now they’re saying it’s up to the irs to verify the account!!!! 

it’s a never ending cycle of lies on their part. 

anyone else having this problem??
