The Amsterdam municipality has a limit of 30 days. For that reason, anyone who adheres to the municipality's rules can never become a Superhost according to your regulations. Has this ever been considered? People like us do our utmost to provide the best possible experience for our guests, but we cannot achieve the Superhost title this way.

I look forward to your response.

Hi @Tom4556

I just want to make sure you know this is a community of hosts? You may want to contact Airbnb Customer Support (although there are hosts here who may also like to respond).

Hi Tom:

Superhost criteria does allow Hosts with 30day restrictions on their listing. You only need 3 stays that total 100 days:

Superhost Criteria

https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/829

To qualify, listing owner with an account in good standing who has met the following criteria:

  • Completed at least 10 trips or 3 reservations that total at least 100 nights
  • Maintained a 90% response rate or higher
  • Maintained a less than 1% cancellation rate, with exceptions made for those that fall under our Major Disruptive Events Policy
  • Maintained a 4.8 overall rating (A review counts towards Superhost status when either both the guest and the Host have submitted a review, or the 14-day window for reviews is over, whichever comes first).
