I agree 100% with your comment and share your frustration.
Customer Service representatives all admit there is a plethora of glitches and 'technical issues' because there are so many frustrated and angry hosts that it isn't possible to any longer deny the existence of this unfortunate reality.
I am waiting for payout for a 28 night stay for almost 6 weeks and I was in touch with 7 or 8 customer service representatives already and all acknowledged there is a technical glitch and assured me the IT department and all the experts are working on it bla bla bla.
If I wasn't a victim of this I would actually laugh but thousands of dollars are involved and I am unable to cover my fixed costs which as you can imagine are high in a 400 square meter Villa with a garden and swimming pool.
Perhaps Airbnb plans to go bankrupt in the coming months else I can't fathom why they can't employ a dozen or so IT professional s to fix the glitches on their horrible website and useless app but if that happens I will be the last to shed a tear.
