We are planning on opening Gateway 420.

It's an Airbnb that is located in the heart of the billion dollar Co. field East Williamson, West Virginia across from the famous Williamson round house train station. We are opening an Airbnb that will sleep at 16 people eight people up there like people downstairs kitchen and bathroom on both floors cleaning no cleaning we will do all of that. We want you to come here to join the mountains not come here to clean a lot of people couldn't make it greatly appreciated and we want to be reasonable. We will charge $50 per head  per nite. We also are going to have a raffle on the first of every month well where three nights will be given away no matter how many tickets it’s five tickets for $10 every month. Someone will be in three free nights on the first of every month. I don’t matter how many tickets are so hopefully it’s gonna be love security to watch over your vehicle while you’re out riding. if you want us to take care of your animals, we charge $10 a night at our home in Forest Hills Kentucky. They will have their own big kennel. They have a big yard. You will have a live camera on them. They will be we don’t care to keep them, but you are more than welcome to keep him at the Airbnb for free your charge. We’re not charging for animals. We are not charging any fees for cleaning that is up to us. Please don’t clean just pick up after yourself and it’ll be plenty of water plenty food plenty of everything they will be loved just like your little babies. We also offer free pets if you want to keep them here but we will if you want us to board your pants we will do that for $10 or not. You will have access to live camera to them. You can check on them whenever you want. They will be warm they will be fed watered they each will have their own kennel, clean the big kettles and we have the big yard. you can leave directly in the Airbnb and be on you. Do not have to trailer your vehicles. You can be there in 1 mile one way and 4 miles the other way to the best trailhead. They are a Buffalo Mountain and 4 miles Devon voidance death rock Mountain 1 mile 1 mile from a gas station. You’re 3 miles from our home if you want us to board your animals and you wanna see where they will be staying you can bring them, but I’ll come and get them on. turn them. You have a beautiful view of the Williamson Roundhouse railroad station. It says his stork it’s amazing. We also offer laundry services. We do laundry for five dollars per load. We will come and get them. We will bring him back to you washed clean folded. You will have a station. What a station to clean your ATVs a small garage. If you need to work on your ATV we will have some parts we can order parts patio with the grill. We’re gonna try to get us a hot tub, campfire pier, hot tub, hot tub, another fire pit, outback picnic table. We just want y’all to come and enjoy it. Let us know if there’s something we should add something we should take away we will we will provide black paper plates paper cups plastic cups. You don’t have to come here to do dishes no chores will be done here we do those we want you to come in and enjoy these mountains. Y’all don’t have to come here. We don’t charge absolutely no point of face your family will be our family. We just want y’all to enjoy yourself if you think we should + take something out. We also offer free firewood. If you want to be on a fire inside the house, the fireplace in the living room in the bedroom which are three story over 100 year old home completely remodel new floor new paint new walls yeah well refrigerator is up and down. We will have like a small soda machine. It’ll be $.50 we will have. We will have free food for diabetics snack. We will always have snacks for diabetics out that are free. We will also have a small cooking station microwave but there’s a great pizza places around here if you don’t want to cook we just want everyone to come and enjoy this home. You’re 1 mile from gas stations at CVS the dollar stores gas stations, but we’ll have parts like if you get a flat tire oil and ball joint we will have free tools that you guys are. We may have to order some parts, but we will provide what tools y’all are more than welcome to use them to pay them back so we ask yeah just come enjoy yourself fixing your mechanic an ASE certified mechanic on exhaust brakes and I’m not doing nothing. I’m more than happy to help. Also worked at the local Honda shop for about on my way around the ATV you have free Wi-Fi. You will have free cable, free water, heat electric air, and mixing TV in the sleeping room and in the in the lounge room will provide you with the toilet paper, paper towels, towels, sheets, blankets we’re super clean. We will have a couple extra extra air mattresses just in case you know you need them just help us tell us what else we should add. What else? What do you want? What do you? what would you like to say we have a beautiful view it’s a three story over 100-year-old house. We’re gonna try to have some maps at the mountains cemetery some of the cool historic places around here we’re gonna try to get maybe a couple souvenirs if you stay you’re 11th day will always be free. We will give back we want we want our customers to come back so you stay 10 days in a row while you’re leaving that would be free and it doesn’t have to be in a role though you think you’re leave it stay is always free but we want to meet your guys needs whatever you want. You will have a water station so you can watch your ATV we’re just excited to get this on the road going yeah we want you guys to come and enjoy. We’ve grow up here. I have lost and it’s a beautiful place. It’s absolutely amazing and it’s very quiet where we’re at. nobody you can be on the trails within five minutes one way in one minute the other way, the best trail. They are no traveling on your vehicle. Hopefully we’re gonna try. We’re gonna have a live camera. If I keep your dog at my home, you will be able to turn and see where you see what is doing check on or talk to it monitor security. If it’s you got cats you can bring a hat we don’t we don’t care any. Animals are welcome monkeys welcome it’s a great little town. We just appreciate y’all coming in here and bringing in business a revenue and we just wanna show our appreciation and not charged. I’ve been seeing all these. These people is charging it’s ridiculous on that would never do that and don’t let me catch you cleaning. You know that’s up to us and we’ll do it every three days if you want if you don’t want and that’s fine but we we do that no, no fees there’s no extra no hidden fees. No there’s nothing for your pets unless I keep it but what joy you’re welcome to if you just please put them back that we will have a snack machine with white chips. Can you bring knives $.50 we’ll have soda and $.50. We’re not trying to get rich. We’re just trying to snack for diabetics will always be free. Your rates sound incredibly low. Have you checked what your competitors are charging . @Natasha819 

If you are only charging $50 per person you will get bookings from 1/2 people expecting to use all the facilities and from those looking to party .
