I have been stuck in a never-ending circle of support requests since 12 October. I stopped receiving pay-outs due to Airbnb issuing the wrong mandate to the bank. I notified them that the wrong details are on the mandate. They then revoked the original mandate I signed and Paused payments.
The have requested an additional document that I am more than willing to supply but they do not supply a means of uploading or emailing it. They then sent a link but it does not work. I have reported and re reported this several times and have spent hours to find a way on the website without success.
Can anyone here give guidance on this issue and how to resolve it?
