KYC issue

I have been hosting for over 4 years with airbnb. 
Experiences and now hosting. 

Plenty of business has come through my profile and i have been lucky to be called even a "Superhost" 

The Airbnb new policies on KYC Bull**bleep** has paused my payouts for over 2 months. 
I have provided ALL documentation requested, and still they choose not to comply. 

Im not sure they understand the ramifications of pausing their clients payout.
At the end of the day, they are a greedy business with Robots as customer support and no means to help get your money back. 

Be careful if you are looking to join the Airbnb community, as you will most likely get burnt later.

As it has been a little while since you posted, I wanted to check in. I'm really sorry that you were having issues with the KYC verifications and your payouts. Have you managed to reach a resolution with the help of the customer support team?
