Did you ask or receive any information, or an email explaining why you were not been paid?
Ask Customer Services why they are not paying you.
Ask for the full name and contracted 'Agents' name and Business details so you can contact them back and speak to the same person.
As Hosts, we have the right to know who we are speaking with and has access to our financial and other personal and Government documents, should that be what they are requesting.
