Hello my name is Diego and I am a host in airbnb for almost one year.
I was surprising woth the taxes because I count to pay in my personal skat but did not arrive in my in comes.
And then I read if I rent more than 70 days I have yo pay for another way.
I would like to know how I have to do to pay the taxes of my in comes from airbnb in 2024.
Can you help me please?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Diego,
congratulations on a great start as a host!
It seems you have questions regarding tax legislation and declaration in Denmark? I think you will have better chances of getting relevant help if you post your questions in a Danish Airbnb/short term rental group on Facebook. I haven’t noticed many Danish hosts in this forum - and if they are here, they are not very active. There are several Swedish FB groups, and I’m sure there must be Danish ones, too. 😀
But I have one tip for you (not related to taxes):
Translations on Airbnb are not always perfect… I had a look at your profile, and wonder if you really meant to say what the below (auto-translated?) text says? I think it might lead to some … surprises … at check-in. 😉
