For 10 days we have not received any payment. There is 650 € waiting.

Why transfer don't arrive?

We didn't have this problem before.

Hi @Julie4120 there was a rash of UK hosts not getting paid recently. It may have been because they hadn't fully complied with some of the new financial checks required of Airbnb to counter money laundering. Perhaps the issue has now moved to France. @Nick has been known to help in the past as Airbnb don't like bad publicity re payments.

@Julie4120 Yes but in the UK it seemed to be a new requirement that some didn't comply with. Anyway if you are fully up to date then I guess its just a famous Airbnb glitch

@Julie4120 One host with a similar issue contacted the previous guests and asked them if they could contact Airbnb and ask why the host had not been paid. Alternatively inform Airbnb (or your future guests) that you will not receive future guests unless this is sorted. Another less drastic approach is to go via Twitter as Airbnb don't like bad publicity.
