I’m a new host and I’m reaching out for clarification regarding a payment I have yet to receive.
A guest made a booking on July 11, 2025, and according to my transaction history, the payout was scheduled to be released on August 7, 2025. However, I noticed that I had a canceled booking on August 13, and it appears that the amount from the earlier payout may have been deducted or offset due to this cancellation.
As of today, I have not received any payouts at all, despite having active bookings. I’ve set up BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) as my payout method, and everything appears to be in order on my account.
I’d appreciate your help in understanding:
- Whether the July 11 payment was successfully processed
- If the August 13 cancellation affected the payout
- What steps I need to take to ensure future payouts are received correctly
