Hi @Orhan27 , I’m genuinely sorry you’re having issues with your payments.

Have you had a chance to contact Customer Support about this yet?  What did they say~

I haven't received my payments for two months. I have about $15,000 in money, but they won't send it.
They keep saying my bank information is incorrect.

I see @Orhan27 ~ Just so that we can dig in further, have you also given it a try to update or change your bank information or payout method? I've read many posts in the Community, where hosts mention that updating the payout information or method might help in these situations.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hello,

Let me summarize the issue I am facing:I have entered the same IBAN details multiple times. I successfully received payouts with this IBAN for 2 years. However, for the last 1.5 months, every attempt has been rejected with the reason “invalid bank details.”When I try to add Payoneer as a payout method, the system fails, the option does not appear at all (see attached screenshot). Yet, I had been receiving payouts via Payoneer for months without any problem.At this point, I cannot receive payouts via either IBAN or Payoner.

This is clearly a system/technical issue, because both IBAN and Payoneer worked without any problems in the past, and I have confirmed with my bank that my details are correct.

I cannot receive my pending payouts and this has caused serious difficulties. Please escalate this matter to the technical/finance department for proper investigation and resolution.

Ah! @Orhan27 , thanks for sharing more details. Indeed looks like a weird glitch. While I do not have the powers to help solve the issue directly, I've made sure to pass along your notes to the appropriate team.

Kind regards,

Hi @Orhan27

Here in the Philippines, I’ve come across a few hosts who have run into problems with their payouts. In most cases, the issue seems to be related to an incorrect routing code (or bank code) entered when setting up their payout method. From what I’ve seen, even a small mistake in these details can cause delays or failed transfers. I’m not entirely sure if the same applies in your country, but it might be worth double-checking the exact bank codes or payout requirements when you set yours up, just to avoid unnecessary complications. Best is to contact Airbnb CS so they can have a look.

@Patricia2526 All my information is correct, and they keep rejecting me.
Please help, please.

Hi @Orhan27 Your name on the Airbnb profile must match the name on the bank account (sometimes even small differences like initials, middle names, or suffixes can cause rejection).

Sometimes it helps to delete the existing (rejected) account, then add it anew with carefully checked details

@Patricia2526 There were times when my Airbnb name and ID name were different. I haven't had any problems until now.

@Orhan27

The bank account name must exactly match the name Airbnb has on file (with your ID). Minor mismatches can cause rejections.

@Orhan27

Sometimes payouts are suspended for a variety of reasons and not necessarily for the reason Airbnb states (incorrect bank details).

It looks like you have a Hotel and have 29 listings. Some have very low ratings - the lowest I saw was a 4.29. Sometimes Airbnb suspends payouts for "listing issues". This could be any review 3stars or less, or any guest complaint regarding safety, discrimination, hidden cameras, etc. They suspend payments until the Host acknowledges the issues and complies with whatever they require.

Please check your Insights page for "listing issues" to see if that is the case:
