A customer pay for only 1 room - she was supposed for two. Now she is checking out but she hasn't paid for the 2nd room.
Which is the best way for her to pay for the 2nd room?
* create a new reservation
* pay any other method
*any suggestions
How can the guest NOT pay for a second room ?
Then the initial booking is not correct and you need to tune your listing to prevent this.
If reservation has finished, you only can charge the guest via the resolution centre.
If reservation is not finished, you can use the "change" option on the reservation to change the booking (and/or amend the price).
@Alfredo476 your listing is set up wrongly. You need a separate listing for each bedroom and make clear what common areas (if any) exist. Have you not noticed that once a booking is made the property is no longer available?
Thanks a lot for your feedback - I’ll check it out
how do i create separate listings? where in the menu do i see that option? thanks
