I need advice regarding a payout/refund issue.
My reservation payout was IDR 20,009,302. I accepted a guest refund adjustment of IDR 13,500,000, and my final payout became IDR 6,509,302.
However, my account now shows an additional amount owed to Airbnb of IDR 11,729,849. Airbnb explained this is related to a guest Resolution Center request, but I still cannot understand why the amount was charged again after the refund was already deducted from my payout.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation where a Resolution Center refund caused an additional negative balance? How was it resolved?
