Payout issues in Egypt

Hello everyone,

I am new to hosting and I am from Egypt and hosting in Egypt. Currently I created a payoneer account and as soon as I transferred my first payment to my local bank account in Egypt, it got suspended as they see it as a suspicious transaction or something. Is anyone else facing this? I could really use an advice now. also I tried by all means to send verification info so I can receive payoneer card but they don't approve Property ownership contract nor utility bill or anything. does any one know what they might approve? thanks in advance.
