Payout never received. A week (After a month) already still no contact back from staff.

There was one case that it was cancelled but in system it said payout already transfer to my account.

I trust Airbnb system because have used it since 3 years ago.

Now my trust almost gone because I checked back and there was no pay out.

I thought it already deduct with the cancellation but its not! 

My new pay out coming and the system deduct my money with out transfer me the previous pay out around 30k thb or 1,000 usd.

I contact support staff already but no one contact back. Only notice that will have someone contact me back.

Airbnb staff text me back one time to ask my bank to check money in.

But when I call the bank, bank staff said normally and it always that the sender should be the one who contact their bank NOT receiver!

This problem have not been solved for almost a month already since first contact Airbnb staff.

I'm now very tired of follow up them to transfer money that I should have and I feel like got cheated with out help from Airbnb.

Still hoping Airbnb system and staff will support me and do better and faster.
