Payout on hold

Hello

 

I have been hosting for over a year now. My settings on Airbnb are still set to US, even though my listing is in the UK.

 

In addition to this, because I changed my bank details, my payments are on hold. On the app there is no explanation of this but this is my guess as to why it's on hold yet Airbnb support are hardly responding or responding with the incorrect reasons for it being on hold - ie guest has changed payment method. How can the guest change the payment method if they are currently staying in the airbnb?

 

I am going round in circles with airbnb and I am incredibly disappointed as I have more bookings and I have no doubt that if this is not dealt with quickly more will be on hold. Can someone help me please!
