I had a guest check in on September 22nd and the payout was scheduled for the 23rd. I woke up this morning and had a notification saying the funds would be sent later today, now the payout got pushed to the 25th even though it’s been 24 hours since check in and i’m using fast pay. Support told me that they already sent the money and even though I used fast pay it will still take 3-5 days which makes no sense at all. What’s the point of using fast pay then?
Hello @Nathan4414
It looks like you are a new host on Airbnb and am wondering if this payment is not your first one? If this should be the case, Airbnb tells hosts that the first one may take longer than usual:
If you’re a host who does not have two completed stays, unless you have verified your listing’s location, we will release your payouts by the end of the business day after your guest scheduled checkout date for your first 2 reservations, for shorter home stays. For monthly stays of 28 nights or more, initial payout will be released by the end of the business day 28 days after the guest’s scheduled check-in date. After the initial payout, future payouts are released on a monthly basis for the remainder of the reservation. Learn more about how payouts for monthly stays work.
I'm not sure how quickly they update their information on our host profiles so it might just be a question of that but once everything is in place, I have always found that Airbnb pay us very quickly.
Have you also looked under the reservation number for these guests under the Earnings section to see if there is any additional information appearing to see where the payment is at?
I have a verified listing and right now it says it’s going to come on the 25th. “Your payout is under review and we will send X amount of dollars on the 25th. It said that on the 23rd though
If you click on this link you'll read more about payments through Fast Pay but the speed with which you are paid may vary according to your bank.

I'm hoping you'll see in the link a way to access your transactions in the right hand column to get the latest updates.
It changed to the 25th of this month (today) now it’s saying that it’s coming october 20th
See the reply to your other post on this.
New Hosts with stays 28days+ will have payouts delayed, even if your location is verified.
This is my first time being a host, I have a verified listing and I am also verified. At first my payout was set for the 23rd because the guest checked in on 22nd. When the 23rd came around it switched to today (the 25th) Yesterday I spoke with someone from customer service and they guaranteed that my money would come today. Now my payout is showing that part is coming next month on the 20th and another on the 23rd. What is happening?

For New Hosts with stays 28+ days, payouts are delayed:

i have verified my listings location though
That only applies to short term stays.
If you are 28+days, the payout delay still applies even if your listing location is verified.
thanks
