I'm having the same issue where the status of the payouts are "on hold", I contacted support multiple times and each time they have a different answer like
-Ohh its a glitch
-Your hosting details under verification
-Your bank takes time to process
-There is a problems with the guest payment
NOTHING MADE SENSE
I have been a verified host for almost a year with no issues previously. Am surprised a multi-billion dollar company cant solve such silly problems like this. Airbnb is not like it was before unfortunately, very disappointed! Am going to tag Community Managers to see if it helps because Community Support Reps and Ambassadors are not solving this.
Last called I had with Community Support today said everything in my account looks good but still doesnt know whats going on and the usual response that he will pass the case to a support member who will better serve this issue. Same response as always with no actual results.
Airbnb has to realize that without Hosts the whole concept is pointless. We rent our properties which involve alot of overhead to help keep our doors open to guests. But when we dont receive our payouts how would we be able to continue hosting??
