I received an email/link from AirBnB requesting me to complete a verification process. This I did, admittedly a few days late. A short time later my payouts stopped without notice and as you'd expect I contacted support querying same. To cut a long story (3 weeks) short, my most recent email from support reads as follows:-

I provided all the information requested including tax number, yet despite this it now appears I am at the mercy of a local government body to confirm same.
Throughout this ordeal, AirBnB support have been vague and have on several occasions failed to return calls and even reply to messages in open support threads.
I am now considering blocking my AirBnB calendar and using alternative platforms until this matter is finally resolved.
Any thoughts or advice would be much appreciated.
